Justin Fatica is a nationally recognized motivational speaker, author, mentor, coach, and advocate for encouragement who has impacted more than one million people through over 1,500 live events, including leadership keynotes, university seminars, high school assemblies, commencement addresses, conferences, and community events. Known for combining faith, emotional intelligence, authenticity, and bold encouragement, Justin creates experiences that challenge people to recognize their worth, build resilience, and believe in their ability to make a difference.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Education. His work has been featured by Good Morning America, ABC Nightline, TBN, The New York Times, Washington Post, SportsCenter, and more. He was also the subject of the feature-length HBO documentary Hard as Nails. Justin is featured in the 10-episode EWTN television series You’re Amazing with Justin Fatica, which follows his work and the impact he makes while traveling across the country.

Justin is the author of five books, including the bestsellers Hard as Nails and Win It All. He is the Founder and Executive Director of You’re Amazing and Amazing Nation, organizations dedicated to helping people recognize their worth and live with greater purpose, courage, and confidence.

Justin is also the founder of Encouragement Edge, a transformational training program designed to help businesses, leaders, families, and teams make intentional encouragement part of their culture. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience on the frontlines with young people, athletes, families, and organizations, Encouragement Edge provides practical strategies and a framework rooted in authenticity, accountability, and bold love. The goal is simple: build resilience, strengthen identity, and inspire people to bring out the best in others.

His latest project, In the Paint, is a six-part documentary series about mentorship, hard work, and encouragement that follows Justin as he coaches a boys’ basketball team both on and off the court. Alongside his speaking and leadership work, Justin continues to coach AAU basketball, using the court and every platform available to him to mentor and motivate the next generation.
